Elaine. I have never had good customer service at Burger King until today. I’m not sure if you can give a worker their own review but Elaine definitely deserves one. It doesn’t take much to be kind yet you never find kindness anywhere. Thank you Elaine for making this experience good.

The AGM was working solo, but still got us our food quickly and with high quality! Great customer service from him! Awesome worker! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

Staff are very kind, service is very quick, and the food is always great and exactly as ordered. My only real issue with it is the cleanliness. The beverage area in particular is always a mess and i frequently leave with sticky shoes.

I typically come around mid afternoon when the general manager is there and I must say she is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! one of the nicest human beings around. One time( a while ago) when we came she was literally ALL BY HERSELF! AND DID AMAZING. I watched her take orders inside and drive thru, make all the food, drinks, shakes, just everything! I wish she could train other stores to be as amazing as her! She is quick, always engages with her customers, and cares about the company and doing well. Thank you

This is the only Burger King in Greeley you want to go too! The service is quick and always friendly. They always have my Oreo shake and actually take your order at the drive thru window. I don’t understand what has happened To the location on 10th street and the location on 35th Ave. If your are on the opposite end of town the one on 11th is cool but the riff raff hanging around there is unnerving. They are open 24hrs though. That is a bonus! But if you’re on the west of town, definitely go to the one out by the new King Soopers. That’s the only Burger King to go to in Greeley. The Manager Erika is top notch and always happy to help no matter how busy they are. It’s nice to be greeted with a smile and not treated like you’re an inconvenience.
